Leduc Landing is a 151.48 acre community in the City of Leduc located just south of the Edmonton International Airport and near major access routes including the QEII highway and major shopping areas such as Leduc Common. The community of 280 homes will include a greenway and storm pond as well as offer almost immediate access to the airport. The community’s land includes single family multifamily, commercial and business, with the commercial and business, uses being geared towards aero-employment. The first stage of residential construction is being planned for 2025.
