Waterfront

Waterfront is a master planned, mixed-use community currently being constructed on the banks of the Bow River in Eau Claire, where Prince’s Island Park meets Chinatown. The 5.2 acre site is being transformed from the former home of the Greyhound bus barns to a sophisticated downtown community, combining the best of urban living with nature on the doorstep. As the single largest condominium development in Calgary at over 1 million square feet, Waterfront also offers 21,000 sf of retail amenities to serve the 1,000 residential units above and downtown core within walking distance. Tower 1 and 2 are completed and occupied while Outlook, the third phase at Waterfront, is sold out and set to complete in early 2015. Parkside, the next phase at Waterfront, consists of two towers and two terraced buildings with views over the Bow River, Prince’s Island Park, and Sien Lok Park.
