Tandem is a 500,000 sf comprehensive mixed-use retail and condominium complex comprising 18,000 sf of street level commercial retail along the Dawson St. frontage, and 450 residential units in three 19-storey high-rise residential towers and low-rise townhomes.
Anthem pioneered the redevelopment of a former industrial and warehouse neighbourhood, creating an innovative concept for its sites at 4140 and 4180 Dawson St. in Burnaby. The concept became a reality with a 500,000 sf comprehensive mixed-use retail and condominium complex comprising 18,000 sf of street level commercial retail along the Dawson St. frontage, and 450 residential units in three 19-storey high-rise residential towers and low-rise townhomes. The construction of the first two towers completed in early 2006, with the third tower completed in 2007.
