Anthem acquired the property in 2013 and undertook significant renovations to restore the building to its original brick-and-beam character. The revitalized space now includes 15,923 square feet of office space above 4,934 square feet of street-level retail. A fixture in the city for over 125 years, the building remains one of Vancouver’s most enduring and iconic structures.
