Fraser Crossing is a 34,914 sf community shopping centre located at the intersection of Fraser Highway and the Langley By-Pass in Langley, BC. This eight-acre site was developed by Anthem in 2004 and services a large trade area to its south and east with prominent access and visibility along the Fraser Highway corridor. The site is shadow-anchored by a 48,000 sf Safeway and Gas Bar. Tenants include: Prospera Credit Union, Starbucks, Langley Liquor Store and a strong mix of national and local food and service tenants.
