Located in North Delta, B.C., Anthem undertook a major renovation of Delta Shoppers Mall in 2003, de-malling the formerly enclosed centre and converting it into an innovative open format 186,700sf urban community centre. Shadow-anchored by a 157,000 sf elevated Real Canadian Superstore, major tenants included JYSK Linen ‘N Furniture, The One 20 Pub & Grill, TD Canada Trust, Atkinson & Terry Insurance, Dr. Bernstein Diet Centre, Esquires Coffee and Taco Del Mar.
