Our Commitment to Community

Building stronger communities starts with being a good neighbour. We are committed to responsible business practices – from sustainability initiatives and volunteering to good governance and social impact.

Giving Back. Supporting Communities.

Giving Back. Supporting Communities.

We look at each municipality as a partner, supporting initiatives that give back to the local community and residents. We focus on helping people reach their full potential by giving to programs that support at-risk youth and adults with mental illness and addiction issues. We also support community development in athletics, the arts and health to create more engaging communities.

“Anthem’s Giving Strategy is based on the belief that community issues, big and small, cannot be solved by budget constrained governments alone; that if private enterprise contributes with creativity and capital as well, the world will become a better place faster.”

Anthem’s Real-World Approach to ESG

Anthem’s Real-World Approach to ESG

We don’t follow trends, we build what works. We call it AESG – the A is for Anthem. Our version of an Environment, Social and Governance strategy is grounded, practical and fully integrated into how we operate, not driven by virtue signaling. It is authentic to who we are.

Our goal is simple: Achieve Great Results that benefit Good Humans. To solve problems without creating new ones.

“The goal is a world where we can be profitable while also conserving resources, one where our products and services play a role in solving problems without causing new ones and one where our Great People, customers and community benefit along with our financial partners.”
