Alto

Located at the corner of Howe Street and Davie Street in Vancouver’s Downtown core, the award-winning Alto development offers 5,000 sf of street-front retail servicing the Downtown South neighbourhood including residents of the 110 unit tower above. Designed by Howard Bingham Hill Architects, Alto’s retail space is distinguished by an outdoor water feature, glass canopies and ceiling heights ranging from 14 to 22 feet. The project was completed in spring of 2010 and is fully leased with a Nandos, Subway and Firecrust Neapolitan Pizzeria.
