Purchased by Anthem Properties and The OpenRoad Auto Group in 2008, the development concept envisioned was to create several subdivided lots on which automobile dealerships and complementary commercial uses could be developed. Anthem took the property through a successful rezoning, subdivision and development permit process, and worked closely with the City of Langley, who embraced the development concept as the right development solution for the property. The land is now fully developed as a Luxury Auto Mall for the Fraser Valley, Langley and South Surrey area and is owned and operated by OpenRoad Auto Group.
