905 S Street is a proposed seven story, mid market rental residential project in Sacramento’s R Street Corridor comprised of 225 rental units and 6,500 sf of ground floor retail space, with two elevated courtyards above the building’s concrete podium.
Situated on a full block between 9th and 10th Streets, the location offers easy access to the highway and ample dining and entertainment amenities within the R Street Corridor. Local Sacramento architectural firm, HRGA, is behind the design of the project, which features a brick façade inspired by R Street’s industrial heritage.
Development plans are currently with the City of Sacramento for review. The site’s existing tenant, Beers Books, will be moving to a new, larger location at 712 R St in the spring of 2023.
