Scottsdale Executive Villas consists of 14 one- and two-storey buildings spread across 13.9 acres of garden style, office park located in southwest Scottsdale. Built in two phases in 1982 and 1985, it has 156,000sf of net rentable area, and parking for 626 vehicles. The property was acquired in 1997 and sold in 2005.
