Known simply as Qube, this architectural icon in Vancouver was converted from purpose-built office headquarters to 180 contemporary condominium units in 2006.

This architectural icon was constructed in 1969 as the corporate headquarters of Westcoast Energy. The takeover of Westcoast by Duke Energy in 2002, and resulting downsizing of head office staff, resulted in Anthem having to decide between a major releasing program or applying a different solution to newly vacant space. With the support of the City of Vancouver, Anthem preserved this historical building through conversion to the QUBE condominiums. The redevelopment started in 2004, and was completed in 2006, resulting in 180 new and unique contemporary suites that offer some remarkable views of Coal Harbour.
