Clover Creek is a subdivision with 348 single family lots in the city of Longmont, Colorado. In the face of strong demand for building lots in the area, a shortage of developed lots evolved in the early 1990s. Anthem purchased the undeveloped, 100 acre Clover Creek site. The development process involved the construction of public utilities and other services to the individual lots, construction of roads, curbs and gutters, and completion of landscaping. Anthem sold the developed lots to builders in several phases during the development process between 1994 and 1998.
