Anthem has acquired the first instalment of a 2.25 acre residential site (445 Bishop Drive SW) in southwest Calgary at the master planned community of Currie.
Anthem will develop the site into townhomes and mid-rise apartments aimed at students, first time buyers and young families. Appropriate zoning is already in place.

Anthem broke ground on a five storey condominium apartment on Memorial Drive in the Kensington neighbourhood in the fall of 2017 and construction is well underway with completion scheduled for late 2019.
Parkside, the final phase of Anthem’s Waterfront, a landmark one million square foot residential and commercial project in Eau Claire, will welcome new owners into finished homes this coming summer.
