Anthem Properties Group Ltd. has acquired 1724 Westmount Boulevard in Calgary for residential redevelopment.
The 2.43 acre site is in the popular family-oriented neighbourhood of Hillhurst-Sunnyside where CBC/Radio-Canada delivered radio, TV and online content for nearly six decades. The national public broadcaster moved its team and operations to a new, modern facility last fall.
Anthem is proposing to develop a townhome community with panoramic views of the river valley and downtown Calgary.

Anthem has been working closely with the community and is currently following the approval process with the City of Calgary.
